The basic strategy says that you should hit on this situation. But if you have a running count of 0 or higher, you should stand.
*12 hand vs. dealer 3
Like the 16 hand vs. the dealer 10, you should stand when the count is 0 or higher.
*12 and vs. dealer 2
No matter what card the dealer has, always stand if the running count is +2 or higher.
*15 hand vs. dealer 10
